Ordering and Shipping Information
In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 days. Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx although other shipping services are available through UPS or Postal Service Priority Mail. These services are offered at the discounted rates available to HFA. If you would like us to ship your order via a different method or a different carrier then please include instructions in the comments section on the check-out page or email us directly at ordering@handsfreeusa.com.
Ordering Deadlines
• HandsfreeUSA.com processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00p.m. Friday, EST, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Saturday delivery: Overnight delivery for orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Saturday will require an extra charge (additional $10 added to overnight charge). Otherwise, the order will arrive on Monday. Next-day air charges will apply.
• Cut-off time for next-day shipping: More than 90% of orders are shipped the same day they're received. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (12:00 p.m. Pacific) will be processed the same day pending credit approval. In most cases, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ET (12:00 p.m. Pacific) will not be processed until the following business day.
International and territory shipments
International shipments are accepted on an order by order basis. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Our standard shipping method is FedEx International Economy although other shipping services are available through UPS or Postal Service Priority International. These services are offered at the discounted rates available to HFA. If you would like us to ship your order via a different method or a different carrier then please include instructions in the comments section on the check-out page or email us directly at ordering@handsfreeusa.com.
*Note: Our products have not been tested for use outside of the United States. Due to government restrictions, licensing/certification requirements, and telephone network compatibility issues many of our products may not be compatible with the telephone equipment and electrical requirements of other countries.

Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please call 866-942-4321 with any problems or questions. HandsfreeUSA Technical Support Specialists will do everything possible to help you. To return a product for exchange, company credit, or refund, call us or email at ordering@handsfreeusa.com within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a return authorization number (RMA#).
Indicate your preference for exchange, company credit, or refund. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. Please note: refund processing can take up to 4 weeks.
Repack the item in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials. The item must still be in new unused condition or the RMA return may be rejected and sent back to you. The return authorization number (RMA#) must be clearly marked on the label and inside the box. The returned item must be received at the HandsfreeUSA warehouse in San Diego within 2 weeks for the return authorization to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the label will be refused and returned to you. Please note: HandsfreeUSA reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. No returns after 30 days.
HandsfreeUSA recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery. The original invoiced shipping charges are not refundable. San Diego address for returns:

Custom Ear Molds and Tips Remake Policy
We will remake an earpiece for free if:
An earpiece we sent out is lost in the mail
We made an error in earpiece style, material, or acoustic modification
An earpiece allows feedback or does not fit properly (90 day limit). Please note that open style molds (CROS, Free Field, high-frequency molds, etc.) are not guaranteed against feedback
An earpiece breaks within one year due to failure of materials or workmanship
We will not remake an earpiece for free when:
The wrong style, color, material or acoustic modification (resulting in occlusion or frequency response problems) is ordered.
Feedback or fit problems arise after 90 days
The earpiece is over one year old
The earpiece is lost

Credit Terms and Policies
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal. We offer credit terms for our corporate clients. Our credit terms are net 30. Payment in full is due no later than the last day of the following month. At that point, unpaid invoices are considered 30 days past due. At 60 days past due, credit is suspended.
